Charlie Quinn brings a fiery passion to artistic practice through their use of storytelling with textures and bright colors. Charlie began as a self-taught painter in 2013 after discovering art as an effective tool for complex-PTSD. Through the years of practice, Charlie Quinn developed a unique skillset for inspiring other survivors of human trafficking through painting. Charlie Quinn is also a practicing licensed Master Social Worker in Kansas and Missouri, as well as an accomplished public speaker, trainer, and consultant for state and national agencies leading human rights work in the United States. Charlie's artwork focuses on themes of resilience, exploration and characterization of pain and trauma, identity, and beauty. 

Charlie Quinn is also a survivor, advocate, activist, and leader with 18 years of demonstrated work in the Human Services field. Emblazoned by their own adversity, they are fiercely propelled by a mission to serve, empower, and elevate individuals and communities that have experienced trauma and exploitation. The coalescence of Charlie's passion from their own personal traumas and professional expertise has created unique and effective avenues for finding solutions to complex problems.
